1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason (pursuant to Section 355 BGB). The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). Please address your declaration to:
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
3. Special notes on digital content
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical data carrier if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer:
a) has expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
b) has confirmed their awareness that, by giving their consent, they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract (Section 356(5) BGB).
In this case, you no longer have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please note, however, our voluntary guarantee below.
4. Voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee

Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: should our guide not meet your expectations, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase — simple and with no further justification required.
